The Most Important Things in Yoga

Yoga is a both an external and internal practice. While many of us know yoga to be making postures with our bodies, the real yoga can not be seen. This master class will include a discussion on the more subtle aspects of yoga and a simple yet challenging physical practice incorporating these principles. All levels are welcome but some experience is suggested so that you can follow the the simple cues. The choice of words and timing of each cue is precise to allow for an uninterrupted flow of body, breath and concentration.
